On Fear, Trust, and the Work of Faith
This series is written from a deeply personal place. The story you are about to read is about my sister, and this is her present reality.
What began as uncertainty has now unfolded into a diagnosis: Stage 3B ovarian cancer. Yet beyond the medical terms and procedures, what I have witnessed is something deeper, her unfolding deeper faith in the middle of what cannot be controlled.
I write not only to share her journey, but to offer whatever I can to those walking through their own unseen battles. These reflections are born from observation, from listening, and from holding onto the promises of God, especially when life begins to move beyond our grasp.
This is not only a story about illness. It is a reflection of the human spirit, of fear, surrender, and the quiet strength of faith. If you are waiting, struggling, or holding something heavy, you are not alone.

Before the diagnosis, there was waiting. For nearly a month, she underwent continuous laboratory tests, living in uncertainty without an official result.
